MEDICAL, AGRICULTURAL AID FROM CUBA. Cuba is sending at least 55 doctors and other health workers to Suriname, reports Caribbean News Now (June 3, 2011). During President Desi Bouterse's official visit to Cuba a week earlier, both countries agreed to strengthen relations including health, agriculture and sports.
